Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately as a small business I am unable to send pieces for free at this time.

Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
If you do pay for shipping outside the UK, I am not responsible for any tax and import fees which it may incur. Please be aware there may be duties to pay upon receiving your item. Shipping ceramics internationally can be expensive resulting in higher shipping fees.
All pieces sent outside the UK will be sent with tracking.

How long until you send my order?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 business days. During busier times it may take longer for me to pack up orders and send them out. 

How are the ceramic animals packed?
All ceramics are bubble wrapped then wrapped in tissue paper. They are placed in their own cardboard box, padded with eco filler and the box is sealed with eco Kraft tape.
If you would like your order to be sent as a gift and include a gift message then please contact me with your name and order number shortly after you have placed your order.

What if my item arrives broken?
In the unfortunate case that a ceramic piece arrives broken/damaged in transit, do get in contact with me as soon as you receive your piece and I can arrange a replacement for you.
